1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.

  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or promotional product.

If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Personal wellness devices (e.g., Kynetic UltraRelief™ Neck Massager)

  • Any product that has been used or shows signs of wear

  • Items purchased under “final sale” or “discounted bundles”

Please ensure you check the product specifications and compatibility before confirming your purchase.


3️⃣ Defective or Faulty Items

If you receive a defective or faulty item:

  2. Include your order number, photo/video proof, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to inspect the product before confirming a replacement or refund.


4️⃣ Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5️⃣ Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [support@kyneticsg.com] with your order number and details.


6️⃣ Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
