All Kynetic UltraRelief™ devices are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against:
Internal electrical malfunction
Charging or battery failure
Heat regulation malfunction
Structural or manufacturing defects
If a defect occurs under normal and proper use, Kynetic SG will provide:
Free 1-to-1 replacement, OR
Servicing/repair, depending on assessment
This applies only to original purchasers and with proof of purchase.
In the rare case of:
Irregular heating
Abnormal smell
Smoke
Sudden failure during use
Immediately:
Turn off the device
Disconnect charging cable

Arrange free inspection
Cover return shipping
Provide replacement if malfunction is confirmed
Kynetic SG is not liable for:
Damage resulting from improper use, drops, impact, or liquid exposure
Use with non-approved chargers or power sources
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Discomfort caused by prolonged or excessive usage against recommended guidelines
Kynetic SG is not responsible for:
Property damage
Third-party costs
Incidents caused by failure to follow instructions or safety warnings
