Q: What is included in my Kynetics bundle?

A: The Kynetics device comes with multiple intensity levels (e.g. Low / Medium / High) and preset modes (like pulsation, constant vibration) to suit different needs. (You may modify this to your real specs.)

Q: Is it suitable for everyone?

A: Generally yes, for people with muscle tension, soreness, or stiffness. But avoid use if you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker, metal implants in the area, or serious health conditions — please consult a doctor first.

Q: Can I use it every day?

A: Yes, daily use is okay, typically 1–2 times per muscle group (10–15 min per session). If you feel discomfort, reduce intensity or frequency.

Q: What does the 1-year warranty cover?

A: It covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage. It doesn’t cover physical damage, misuse, or modifications.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

A: Email us at support@kyneticsg.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

A: If you receive a damaged or non-functioning item, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund (subject to our policy).
